Doginals
Digital artifacts inscribed onto the Dogecoin blockchain; also the name of the inscription system and broader ecosystem category.

Doginals are data (images, text, structured token operations, and related payloads) written into Dogecoin transactions and reconstructed by specialized indexers for wallets and marketplaces.
The term is used in two related senses:
- Technical — the inscription practice and tooling lineage associated with early open-source work (notably apezord’s February 2023 tooling) that adapted Bitcoin Ordinals-style ideas to Dogecoin’s UTXO model.
- Cultural / market — the broader category of Dogecoin-native inscribed collectibles and tokens (including collections such as Doginal Dogs and DRC-20 styles).
Doginals are not Ethereum smart-contract NFTs. Ownership follows UTXO control of the inscribed satoshi-equivalent units; visibility depends on indexer agreement.
